Close to downtown and the wholesale market. Very near to the Hatyai big market. Convenient location near shops and restaurants. Non-smoking rooms with no smoke smell
Not one thing

Was a big mistake that I chose Hatyai Holiday Hotel.
Location is not ideal. Hotel is very run down. There is no tea and coffee making facility. No supply of tissues so I had to get several boxes for all 4 rooms. Flushing system does not function properly which causes water to overflow from toilet bowl. Old TV sets with very poor reception. Hotel should not be graded as a 3 stars hotel.

The hotel staff is friendly, and for the location wise I feel is not far from the shopping area. "Tuk-tuk" service just in front the hotel entrance. Enjoy walking night and day around the hotel, there was a night market along the street mainly supply wholesale food. There are few street stall around there at night which I'm really enjoyed dining. Mostly local people will come stop by eating here. Must try the seafood here!!! Curry crab~~

Room Was Clean, Staff Was Friendly, But the Thing is The Bell Boy And the House keeping New Better English Than the Girls at Reception, But it Was managable, Its A 10-15 MIn Walking Distance From the Lively Street, THis Place is At peace no noise and all for the one who loves silence is good
Well it HAd a Massage Parlour and Karoke Room, But both were Closed Whole Day, And In Parlour they r Doing Some Rennovation, So that was dissapointing.

Location is convenient for the market area and the hotel provided free wifi in all rooms.
The staff was not welcoming nor friendly, and the hotel feels outdated and in need of a renovation. Despite having free wifi, the signal was weak and inconsistent.
